Pickup instructions
For Tern GSD, Carla Cargo and for the Urban Arrow collect the keys from Outside The Box (normal opening hours 9.00-16.00, 7 days a week).
If it's a bank holiday, please check.
You will need to show your booking confirmation email when collecting the keys.
You can leave your own bike in the bike store whilst you are using a cargo bike. We suggest you lock it as others may be accessing the store.
